How is user data calculated in Oracle Autonomous Database Free Tier

Hi,

I have an autonomous transactional database in the Oracle Free Tier Cloud. It says that I have 20 GB of tablespace. Now I'm wondering how the size of the user data is calculated. Does only the DATA tablespace count?
