Deployment Server shows as stopped in Server Manager

Hi Team,

I am doing a fresh install of 9.2 deployment server to have the latest tools 9.2.5.1.

Installed all required components and the deployment server as well. Registered the deployment server on Server Manager (Version 9.2.5.1) but seeing it in stopped state and hence not able to change the tools to 9.2.5.1 from base 9.2.0.0.

I do see the below entries in the SM agent logs.

WARNING: Failed to start service 'JDE B9 Client Network' for instance 'SNRJDEDEP_Dep_Server'.

FINE: Determining the state of service 'JDE B9 Client Network' for deployment server instance 'SNRJDEDEP_Dep_Server'.
