Asynchronous Business Function Error on sales order

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hello

Whenever I try to change any field in the sales order (Requested date or quantity) and save the order, I get 'Asynchronous Business Function Error' and 'Transaction not committed' error. The changes are lost.

It's 9.2 version of JDE.

Please help.
