Siebel IP 19.12 Web SSO

I have ADSI configured and working in 19.12 without SSO. I am attempting to enable SSO for the ADSI Security Adapter and OM in AI. This configuration is working in version 18.1.1.14 with IIS web server.

I'd like to set up SSO on 19.12. I have Windows Azure proxy setup to send HTTP Header SSO_SIEBEL_USER. I used SMC to enable SSO on the application profile. I have set the Security Adapter on the OM and set the Trusted Token to match between ADSI and AI profile.

Has anyone successfully set up this configuration in IP19? Any advice?
