Upgrading from E1 9.0 (Update2) directly to 9.2

Hi Community,

Is it possible to use the Oracle "Simplified Upgrade" initiative if we are currently on version 9.0 (update-2) and wish to go directly to version 9.2...? My understanding is that a traditional full upgrade jump from 9.0 to 9.2 is possible (once you have update 2 loaded), but we have a limited downtime window in which to perform a full upgrade so the "Simplified Upgrade" features are of particular interest to us.
