Oracle Database Migrate and Upgrade from 11g to 19c

Hello,

I am migrating/upgrading oracle database from 11g 2008r2 server to 19c non CDB 2016 windows server. Any one have used Datapump or Rman utility to do upgrade in any environment. which method is used.
