Hi,

We have jde 9.1 and tools 9.1.5.9 and jdeveloper 12c so here we are trying to invoke database value object but log in getting is failed.


Error is below. it shows in j developer logs


Database Connection failed for DataSource System - 910. java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection


please assist to understand the issue
