2020 Affordable Care Processing

Hello, we installed the 2020 ESU for Affordable Care processing (JN18538). We are at the point where we're building the 1095-C Offer of Coverage Workfile and the UBE R08119 goes to zombie when it runs. There's not much in the way of useful error information, the only lead I see is that it appears to last go into business function ProcOfferCoverageWorkfileBuild (B0801400). Curiously enough, this business function was not updated in ESU JN18538 despite there being table changes to F08119.
