Where can i find BNE?

Good Afternoon,

I saw Oracle Solution for this error Oracle Web ADI: Fatal Error : You Do Not Have Permission To Access This Functionality, but I don't uderstand the part of solution that says:

"1. Please set the value of BNE Disable to N at the user/responsibility level.

2. Retest the issue."


But my doubt is: Where can i find this configuration inside of EBS?
