Dropped disk in ASM stuck in FORCING state

Hi all,


I have a test environment here with solaris 11.4 x86, oracle 19c single instance and asm. It's just for learning purposes of the 19c new features. I installed the asm with 2x10GB for DATA diskgroup and 2x10GB disks for FRA datagroup both with normal redundancy. When I was installing the database, I received a warning that my FRA was too small. I ignored and decided to increase the size later. After the installation, the DB was running normally, no problem.

After that, I added 4x20GB new disks to solaris and made them visible to the asm. Then I dropped the old ones with 10GB and added the new ones using the following SQL:
