Oracle rac两个节点的ctss时间不一致，会有什么影响？

Oracle版本：12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit

操作系统：Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.6 (Maipo)

crsctl check ctss 输出内容分别如下：

【节点1】

CRS-4701: The Cluster Time Synchronization Service is in Active mode.

CRS-4702: Offset (in msec): 0

【节点2】

CRS-4701: The Cluster Time Synchronization Service is in Active mode.

CRS-4702: Offset (in msec): 641200

请问，这两个节点的ctss时间相差10分钟，会产生什么影响？如何予以纠正，谢谢。
