Is there a way to update F4301/F4311 records via (PO Interoperability) R4311z1I/UBEs

I would like to update the F4301/F4311 based on based data received from 3rd party, As per R4311Z1I documentation, it can be used only to create new PO but does not update the PO, suggesting to use P4310 to make the changes. Is there any other standard UBE that can be used to update F4301/F4311 in batch mode(UBEs). Appreciate your help on this.
