Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. fault.io.usb.dor alert appear after update firmware from 9.9.3 to 9.10.0.a.

Hi,

Kindly advise on the below.

Recently update Ilom firmware from 9.9.3 to 9.10.0.a.

After update, alert/fault appear

messsage : fault.io.usb.dor

Certainty : 100%

Affects : dev:////pci@300/pci@2/usb@0/hub@3/storage@1

Status : faulted but still in service

Have try to clear the fault however it reeappear.

OS: solaris 11.3 currently.
