Reference Qualifier F4941 Display Logic

Hey Dist. Community,

I am curious if anyone is familiar with the F4941 display logic for Reference Number (REFN) and Reference Qualifier (REFQ). It appears to be the most recently added Reference number in the F4217 - but I wanted to confirm if that was the logic. Ultimately I want to be able to use the P4947 (Shipment Tracking Program) to look at all Reference Numbers on a SHPN, but it appears it will only show one at a time.
