TFA Services doesn't start after AHF 20.4 installation when oracle base is a symbolic link

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

I have installed AHF 20.4 in several servers and in all of them TFA doesn't start, this is what appeared during the installation, but after that the installer indicates AFH is successfully installed:


Starting TFA Services


TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running


TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running


Starting orachk scheduler from AHF ...


AHF binaries are available in /u99/ahf/oracle.ahf/bin


AHF is successfully installed



If I try to start it manually, it doesn't start and no error is shown:


% tfactl start


Starting TFA..

start: Job is already running: oracle-tfa

Waiting up to 100 seconds for TFA to be started..
