Installing Oracle client 19c on windows 10

in Database Administration (MOSC) 5 comments

I already have Oracle version 11.2.0 installed. The installer is asking me for a base directory. The 11g client is installed at c:/app/rbetts. Do I need to use something totally different? It says: [INS-32104] Specified Oracle Home user is not the owner of the specified Oracle Base.
