Is there a profile option or other work around that would allow a User to see all operations present on a WO when they select the WO hyperlink in Maintenance User Workbench? I thought clicking this link displayed the entire WO to the User but they are only seeing their operation, not all operations. For some of our Users, this is the only EAM access they have and they need to see the whole WO. Has this changed or is this wishful thinking?
