18c IMPDP fails with ORA-39014, ORA-39029, ORA-39014, ORA-39029.

I'm trying to import a schema into Oracle 18c database on RHEL7 that has tables and PL.SQL objects. I start getting errors indicating the Datapump workers are dying off and then it just stops with a fatal error. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how did you get around this problem?
