P4915 not updating status from 25 to 30 and inturn Sales orders status also not getting advanced

Hi,

we are able to approve a shipment but unable to ship confirm the same.

Shipment stuck at approved status 25 and not advancing to 30.. No hard errors shown neither in P4915 no P49645/P4205 applications.

Please help.
