Xcode resource Utilization

I am facing a very peculiar problem where in the number of XCode Sessions on Active and Standby SBCs are different (7.3 15b) . Assuming they are hung and the SBC is not clearing the sessions despite watchdog timer being enabled. How do i identify these sessions ? or improve my troubleshooting this issue.
