Update pkg install not bringing the changes to fat client

in Install, Upgrades & Change Mgmt - JDE1 (MOSC)

This is a recent issue we are facing, in all of our environments. Update pkgs- build fine, deploys to server fine, the changes are on the server, changes are in central objects.

When we install them in fat client, no errors in install log or jde.log or jdedebuglog either. but changes are not coming to the fat client.

We checked the parent pkg log and spec folder, and the parent pkg IS getting updated.
