Ksplice Offline Client

I am trying to learn a bit more about Ksplice seeing it is included with Premier Support I want to run with it on some Oracle Linux 8 servers running our Oracle Databases. Primary reason to prevent monthly reboots as we would like to try either quarterly or bi-yearly reboots on these servers. 

Prior to all this I stood up a ULN mirror server as a few of these servers don't have direct access to the Internet so figured might as well make them all use the mirror server for updates. From what I can tell this server is pulling new packages and things look good. Looking at the configuring the Ksplice Enhanced Client for Offline Mode these are the steps I need to run with?
