Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Query on creating developer WS under Siebel MAIN's older version

Can someone help me with below query on Siebel version 19.11 Tools:

Our development scenario is like this:

Application is up and running with MAIN - version 12

Lets say, the latest version 12 had two BC changes, eg. Contact and Account, which were pushed to MAIN

I create a developer WS dev_user1_sample under MAIN - version 11 (instead of 12)

Lets say with another BC change - eg. Opportunity

I push this dev_user1_sample changes to MAIN - now MAIN's latest version would be 13

Now the question is, will this version 13 have version 12 changes? i.e Contact and Account BC changes? Or only Opportunity BC changes?
