Paysheet and Deduction Inserts

We currently utilize a PAY_SHEET_ADD.USA CI to add earnings and deductions to calced paylines for EEs. If paylines exists we add earnings and deductions as needed, and if they don't exists we create new paylines. Per row processing for these CIs has grown throughout the years to many seconds per, causing processes that once ran for a few minutes - to hours. How are other teams adding these earnings and deductions paylines?
