Generating AWR reports on active data guard databases.

I am following support document 2409808.1 setting up RMF to collect AWR reports for an ADG standby database.

One of the first steps is to create database links from the Primary to Secondary databases.

Should these database links be owned by SYS or SYS$UMF?
