Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We use Oracle Jd edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.4

We configured SMTP setting in JDE.ini and adress book who is who

When our staff run a report, the mail goes but we want to same ube or batch will not send email. Is it posibble?
