Speed up Import dump

Hi,

I use SQL Server and there it is possible to import a small dump of 20MB size within serveral seconds.

In Oracle even the smallest possible dump with datapump takes longer than a minute. Can we increase this speed?

It doesn't seem much, but there are some tests and there are several imports per Minute, so can I speed up? There are no constraints in the dump, just some tables.
