1 Way audio when transferring a call
Hi There
I have Oracle 3900 SBC's with 2 Trunk towards CUCM and 2 Trunks towards 2 different SP,
Trunk1 on CUCM is dedicated for SP1 and Trunk 2 on CUCM is dedicated to SP2
Sample of issue- i call from external via SP1 Trunk 1, call gets answered by a user, and they transfer me to external number via Trunk 2 to Service provider 2, the user on CUCM cannot hear anything but the user that answered the external call can hear audio,
When i saw a trace it looks like the 2 interfaces on the SBC that are on the SBC need to communicate to each other and send RTP to each other, not sure what is causing this as the firewall ports are opened,
