Error Running DDP003

I am getting the following Error running DDP003

Error on line 2844:
   (SQR 5122) 'IF', 'EVALUATE' and 'WHILE' statements cannot cross sections or paragraphs.

Errors were found in the program file.

SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.

I did not see this after PUM36, but we have also added Tax update 20-E and some of the other year tax rates and bug fixes. Has anyone else run in to this.

We are 9.2 running on sql server.
