PDB services not automatically started after dataguard switchover

Hi, I have a problem with some PDB services.

SITE A ( PRIMARY) are two RAC nodes in Oracle 12.2 RAC with Active Dataguard.

SITE B (STANDBY) are tow RAC nodes in Oracle 12.2 RAC with Active Dataguard

SITE A has 4 PDB's with those services running:

srvctl status service -db cdb

Service PDBCD is running on instance(s) CDB1,CDB2

Service PDBCT is running on instance(s) CDB1,CDB2

Service PDBCRPT is not running.

Service PDBSD is running on instance(s) CDB1,CDB2

Service PDBST is running on instance(s) CDB1,CDB2

Service PDBSRPT is not running.

The RPT services are not running because they have Physical_standby role. The other ones has PRIMARY role
