Define Yum repository on Exadata ( OEL 7.8)

The linux repository is different now. The exadata was recently upgraded from Linux 6 to Linux 7.8 . Can not access any repository. Can somebody guide me how to define the repository. I find lot of instruction which says install the OracleLinux release RPM and then run /usr/ol_yum_manager.sh and I do not see the command. I see the OracleLinux release RPM installed.
