Is there a Ledger for the P4915/P4210?

We are looking to see if JDE has a ledger for order changes or status changes for P4915 that is similar to the sales ledger (P42025) for the P4210. Is it possible that there is one ledger that references both applications.

In addition, is there a ledger for the P4210 that tracks all changes done in the orders. P42025 tracks some changes but not all. For example, if I go in the order and change a date, I do not see that change stamped in the P42025. I can go in the Databrowser and see the last person who touched the record, but if someone has changed a date multiple times, I cannot see all those changes and what time and who did them.
