Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Purchase Requisition Approval Status Shows Approved But In Change History Shows Overall status as "P

Hi Team,

we are in R12.1.3, User has initiated a change request for Purchase requisition, Change was approved by approver.

Requisition action history shows as approved but under "View Change History" Overall Status shows as "Pending".

Buyer did not received Change request approval notification . How to re-process this PR.
