Oracle Service Bus 12c (12.2.1.4) Network/Web Proxy Exclusion

Hi,

We want to be able to apply a proxy exclusion (list) so that we can perform automated unit tests on a local endpoint but keep the network proxy set as it will be required in all test and production environments.

Is there some way for the outbound service honour a network proxy exclusion for local addresses? There doesn't seem to be a property that can be set in either the Proxy Server definition nor the Business Service Transport Details?

Does the outbound HTTP adapter use the Java weblogic.net.http.HttpsURLConnection object? If so, perhaps by applying the Patch: 27397287
