SRDC failed to collect evidence

My database met a core dump, I wanted to raised a service request.

While trying to collect the evidence with tfactl, it says no event is found.

--(/opt/oracle/diag/rdbms/irc_dev/IRC_DEV/trace)-$ $TFA_HOME/bin/tfactl diagcollect -srdc internalerror
