Billing profile view tab is not renedering for a particular customer Account

Hi,

Issue is that I can see the Billing profile view tab , but when I click on it nothing happens.

in the console I see 500 error which is for some internal server error I believe :

POST https://<srvr name>/siebel/app/eCommWireless/enu 500 (500)

In the obj mgr log I see the below error:

Task exit event triggered for task 25241996

ScfEventLog  SubEvtFacInfo  3  0005fda45ff3646d:0  2021-01-05 13:50:00  (Internal error) Could not collect data for dataEnum 9

Product version- Siebel 19.11

FYI - issue is reproducible by other user logins as well. and user can navigate to all other view tabs without any issue.
