Oracle Cloud BI Report - SQL Help with Item Sourcing

We are looking to pull from Oracle Cloud a list of all our Items, and how they are sourced at each organization.

We use "Item-Org", "Item", "Category-Org", and "Category" results from an Assignment set in our determinations. From this, we would like to see the Org the Sourcing Rule is aimed at pulling, or the Supplier.

Attached is the current SQL I inherited. Not knowing the structure of the database, I cannot tell where it is falling short. But what I can say is in the interface I see a specific Item Org using the same rule. But the query returns one with a supplier, and the other returns blank. I'm expecting both to have a Supplier. Similar issues occur with the Orgs, but much less frequently
