unable to import data from Oracle11g to Oracle12c ORA-27406 and ORA-39246

Hello there!!

We are having Oracle 11g Release 11.2.0.1.0 database under IBM/AIX RISC System/6000 and we are trying to load dump files using expdp to Oracle 12c database on Workstation having Oracle Linux OS. The expdp and impdp was working fine till last few months, now it is throwing error of ORA-27406 or ORA-39246. When we tried copying dump file from the AIX server using FTP it gave ORA-39246 error. Previously when we copied the dump files from NAS storage, it gave ORA-27406 error when we tried to impdp. The file size changes when we copy from AIX to Oracle Linux.
