FAP refresh rulegroup is resetting appf01xb values on Front End

Hi,

I am adjusting the approved forecast appf01xb in my batch to some value which is required by business post that when I build FAP workbook on front end we can see the correct values for appf01xb but when I click on refresh button (to test everything is working as expected) appf01xb gets reset. I did check all the rules inside FAP refresh (corresponding to the same level) but I don't see any of the rule which is resetting the appf01xb. Export of the appf01xb also has the correct values.

My question is why by just clicking on refresh button appf01xb gets reset with the old values? Any idea what could be the reason.
