Siebel Tools IP 2015 Patchset 18 - Oracle XE problem TNS: No listener

Good morning,

Im facing an issue with the iIebel tools installation on Windows 7 64 bits Ultimate Edition SP1, after the base installation of the IP 2015 I saw that doesnt come with the local database Oracle XE, so I download and install the patchset 18, and also downloaded the Oracle Client 32 bits 11.2 . My steps were the following:

1 Installation of the Siebel IP 2015 Base for Siebel tools and Siebel Web Client

2 Installation of the Oracle client 32 bits 11.2 and jdk 18

3 Setting ORACLE_HOME and CLASSPATH

4 Installing the patchset 18 for Siebel Tools using the option "Install local database" using sadmin-sadmin as user-pass

Noticing that at the end of the patchset installation in the logs folder I got the following:
