w-2 not printing for different companies

Hi,

I have a few employees who moved from one of our companies to another. When printing the w-2's in the past they received a w-2 for each company for wages received from each company. For 2020 it is only producing the w-2 for the company they currently work for and is not for their previous company. They have tax history for both companies. Why isn't the year end process recognizing the first company they worked for and producing a w-2?
