iReceivables error msg=org.owasp.validator.html after appliyng Patches 30628681,30735865,31764501

After application of patches p30628681_R12.AD.C_R12_LINUX, p30735865_R12.TXK.C_R12_GENERIC and p31764501_R12.OWF.C_R12_GENERIC on Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.7 for Integration SOA our iReceivable start giving Error

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError, msg=org.owasp.validator.html.CleanResults.getErrorMessages()Ljava/util/ArrayList;

upon application of filters in search mode of customer transaction/ledger.

Couldn't figure out more than that it may be something to do with adgrants.sql ran during the application of patch 30628681.
