zpool exceed 80%

in Oracle Solaris ZFS File System (MOSC) 6 comments

Hi Sir

On solaris sparc 11.4, currently our SAP production running in slow performance / degraded,

Consider using ZFS to make sure file system space does not exceed 80% ( pool capacity.)

currently the following zpools have exceed 80% kindly let me know while application running and zpool exceed 80% is it impacted the performance ?

poolsapdata14  99.5G 95.9G 3.60G 96% 1.00x ONLINE -

poolsapdata15  99.5G 93.9G 5.63G 94% 1.00x ONLINE -

poolsapdata16  99.5G 95.8G 3.65G 96% 1.00x ONLINE -

poolsapdata17  99.5G 95.8G 3.65G 96% 1.00x ONLINE -

poolsapdata18  99.5G 95.9G 3.58G 96% 1.00x ONLINE -

poolsapdata19  99.5G 95.7G 3.78G 96% 1.00x ONLINE -

poolsapdata20  99.5G 94.5G 5.03G 94% 1.00x ONLINE -

poolsapdata21  99.5G 91.7G 7.83G 92% 1.00x ONLINE -

the other concern we have also setting "user_reserve_hint_pct" to 70% but the performance in SAP still slow
