Can Orchestrator be used to pass Data Selection and Processing Option values at runtime to a UBE?

I'd like to create an orchestration that runs a report.

I'd like to be able to enter the Data Selection and Processing Options as inputs to the Orchestration, and upon execution the Report Service Request to use those inputs to execute the UBE.

Is this possible?

All options on the Report Service Request require the values to be set up front. I.e. set in the Orchestration.
