Flapping Cluster Health Advisor - CHAD

Hi All,

We've recently upgraded our Oracle stack to now use Oracle Clusterware 19.3 (We'll upgrade to latest patchset when given a downtime slot by the business).

No issues so far apart from the last few weeks our Cluster Health Advisor has started flapping.

However OEM will alert with:

Message=ora.chad has 1 instances in INTERMEDIATE State 

Event name=resource_status:crs_event_composite_status

and then 5 minutes later will clear with:

Message=ora.chad is in ONLINE State 

Overall database performance isn't affected. We're only getting this message a couple of times a week and I can't find anything in the logs anything that can pinpoint why this would be happening.
