Why cannot store output file to ftp?

Dear expert,


Currently we want to store the concurrent request to ftp, but by setting up the ftp, and put the information when running request, the output file is not stored into ftp. However, when I use Winscp to upload and download, all are good.

Also we have setup other ftp and work well. How can I trace the root cause and fix?
