Mass Assign Service Indicator Popselect not assigning?

Hi all. I'm trying to run the Person Mass Assign Service Indicator process for service indicator code 'IWV' on a test instance. Campus Community - Service Indicators - Person - Mass Assign. Selection Tool is PS Query. The 'Preview Selection Results' returns data. Start term is 2020. Start Date is today. Department code is 0038.

When I run the process and tick 'SCC_SI_ASSN', the process runs to success but doesn't assign anyone from my PS Query. This works fine if the population is an External file. Any ideas why the PS Query isn't assigning? Thanks, Joy


Update - I've realised what this is. It's because I hadn't selected Emplid in the Bind record, even though the bind record was in the query.
