Simplified Upgrade Plan Validation failing for F078504 for R89078504

I am working on simplified upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 release on a Linux platform and Oracle database.

Created the plan which is failing for one table F078504 as below.

DV920 DV910 F078504 R89078504 XJDE0001 502 Business Data - TEST Business Data - TEST E910 E920 20 Incorrect Table and Specs Form

Seeing the below error in JDE.log.

JDB3300020 - Fetch not allowed. Prior successful Select operation required for this request.

JDB3800058 - JDB_SetSelectionX was invoked with an invalid 0 number of selection criteria. Selection criteria need to be positive.
