In the FND_CONC_REQUESTS_FORM_V table, indicate status_code = 'X', phase_code = 'C' and completion_text = 'An error occurred while attempting to terminate this request'. Has this happened to you if the cancellation of an application does not work? EBS version is 11.5.10.2
