12.2.10 Create task from template - load all template groups automatically
Hi,
We're in the middle of upgrading from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.
In this new version we noticed a difference when creating a task using the 'use template' button.
Service Request
Tab “Tasks”
Click on [Use Template]
In the “Template Group” field, click on the … to show the LOV
In 12.1.3. the “Find" field is populated with a % and the find is executed automatically; showing all template groups.
In 12.2.10 the “Find” field is empty so you have to manually enter the % and find before results are shown.
Anyone got an idea if and how in 12.2.10 we can get this working the same as in 12.1.3?
